Art work may be delivered in person or shipped directly to the studio.
The client is responsible for all costs of shipping art to and from the studio.
The art should be packaged in a sturdy reusable container using bubble wrap.
(No styrofoam peanuts, please).
Fiber art and quilts are better rolled around a tube and shipped in a long box. These can be obtained premade or custom made to your size specs by your local shipping vendor. (ie. Mailboxes, Inc.)
When shipping the art work to the studio, please use a shipping vendor that requires a signature when the package arrives. Fed Ex is the vendor of choice. For return shipping it is best to fill out a Fed Ex form in advance (including means of payment) and include it inside the box with the art to be photographed. Any credit card information will be kept confidential. Return shipment of work must be prepaid and requires a signature on its return to the client.
