Circle specific photography needs on the price list. (Feel free to call the studio if there are any questions of further photo services needed).

Make a check for the total cost to Judy Smith-Kressley

Fill out a return shipping form, preferably Fed Ex. Include type of delivery schedule and any insurance you prefer along with your credit card number.

Place a copy of art work information and price list instructions in an envelope with check and return shipping form. Put envelope along with art work inside plastic bag or wrapping before placing in shipping carton. (See shipping instructions)
